Mr. Andrew Fogarty is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Fogarty now serves as Special Assistant to the Chairman of CSX. Prior to that he has held the positions of President and CEO of CSX World Terminals and Senior Vice President and CFO of Sea-Land Service, Inc. Mr. Fogarty holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University, a Master's degree of Public Administration from the Nelson A. Rockefeller college of Public Affairs & Policy at the State University of New York and a Ph.D. from Florida State University. Mr. Fogarty's business and professional affiliations include his positions as a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Defense Transportation and a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
